Review: How the AR process works
1) Choose an AR application:
Select Membership
Select Strawman UCC/GL (once only per spouse)
GL/UCC is now included automatically
(complete GL/UCC input on the form)
2) After submission and confirmation, Right Click and "save as" the Excel (preferred) or Word INPUT FORM
Enter the required data (AR and UCC)
Submit to your consultant
3) You're done.
You will be mailed an assignment agreement to sign and return to allow FCUSA to process for you. There is no other authority you will give FCUSA besides the processing of your specific ARs. Your contract with FCUSA determines the percent of total payout you will be paid.
All funding is sent to the FCUSA Foundation for disbursement to your Foundation. This is done for privacy and efficiency. Once you have your distribution in your foundation, you may convert to Euro's, move some, none, or all of your funds anywhere you choose.
Members are further advised of Structuring and Asset Protection with taped calls on these subjects and are archived and available 24/7 on the Member Calls page.

If you have trouble getting your credit card to process, we have made this simplier.
1) Call your bank and raise the daily limit to cover the program cost. Most banks will have a $1000 daily limit without telling you.
2) Run the transaction.
3) If it does not process, print the confirmatioin order and print the following on the order bottom:
a. card #
b. exp date
c. security code (3 or 4 digit)
d. fax to FCUSA: 770-469-6279

Our GP program is accepting the listed credit cards on the site. You may add any of these online and make payment online. Results have not been forthcoming from the FTC and they are reluctant to communicate pending activity. This is a low cost and moderate return program which can complement your AR program.
The GP program is the way to inform the Federal Trade Commission in bundles of 40 accounts per bank that we are FED UP with the theft of our financial security and peace of mind from banking operations..

When someone asks you about the club, it is always a good idea to send them to the site to sign-up for the newsletter to stay in touch on the latest information. You will find this a lot easier than trying to explain it yourself. They can then join in on the Monday calls.
Did you know Referrers earn earn $200 for each referral they send to us and they do any full pay program. If they do 2 they earn $400; 3 programs earn $600. There is no limit to the referrals or commissions they can make.
Referrers can easily sign-up online. They must first know their consultant's name and ID#. This is also a great way to learn and potentially move up to a full consultant position within FCUSA

Review: How the AR process works
1) Choose an AR application:
Select Membership
Select Strawman UCC/GL (once only per spouse)
GL/UCC is now included automatically

2) After submission and confirmation, Right Click and "save as" the Excel (preferred) or Word INPUT FORM
Enter the required data (AR and UCC)
Submit to your consultant
3) Your done.
You will be mailed an assignment agreement to sign and return to allow FCUSA to process for you. There is no other authority you will give FCUSA besides the processing of your specific ARs. Your contract with FCUSA determines the percent of total payout you will be paid.
All funding is sent to the FCUSA Foundation for disbursement to your Foundation. This is done for privacy and efficiency. Once you have your distribution in your foundation, you may convert to Euro's, move some, none, or all of your funds anywhere you choose.
Members are further advised of Structuring and Asset Protection with taped calls on these subjects and are archived and available 24/7 on the Member Calls page.

VERMONT PASSES RESOLUTION TO SECEDE FROM U.S.
The members of a peaceful freedom-fighting group want no part of neo-cons running the imperialistic U.S. government. Plan to secede from the U.S. gaining momentum in the fiercely independent Green Mountain state.
The neo-con band of criminals running Washington, trampling on civil rights at home and invading countries at will overseas, has led a large group of strong-minded Vermont freedom-fighters with no choice but to secede from the United States.
And last Friday at the state capital building in Montpelier, a historic independence convention was held, the first of its kind in the United States since May 20, 1861, when North Carolina decided to leave the Union.
A packed House Chamber in the Vermont statehouse, with more than 400 gathered, started the daylong secession convention with a speech by keynote James Howard Kunstler, author of The Long Emergency, and ended with a resolution passed to secede from the United States.
Most people think of secession as impossible if not treasonous, but the concept is deeply rooted in the Declaration of Independence, reminding us that "Whenever any form of government becomes destructive, it is the Right of the People to alter or abolish it and to institute new government."
And with the neo-con takeover of Washington, including all its branches of government that transforming America into a one-party dictatorship, that's exactly what the resolution passed in Vermont seeks to do by members of grassroots movement growing in numbers daily.
Although the resolution is the first step in the long process that needs support from the state legislators - as well as an officially recognized convention - the grass roots group called the Second Vermont Republic passed the following citizen's resolution:
"Be it resolved that the state of Vermont peacefully and democratically free itself from the United States of America and return to its natural status as an independent republic as it was between January 15, 1777 and March 4, 1791."
Even though critics give the secession group a snowball's chance in hell,, organizers are firmly convinced in the present-day tyrannical political climate secession will not only succeed but will prosper.
This could only happen in Vermont where people are still fiercely independent and fed up with the course the American government is taking," said Thomas Naylor, the head of the group calling itself the Second Republic of Vermont. "We have a lot going for us and if you think about it, we have a lot in common with Poland's Solidarity movement, who many said would never succeed.
"But Poland did get its freedom, mainly because it was a country liked around the world, sort of like how people in America feel about Vermont. When people think of Vermont, they have a warm and fuzzy feeling, an image of black and white Holstein cows and beautiful scenery. I can also tell you there is now closet support in the legislature now and we are serious about getting the support needed to secede from the United States.,
Naylor, a former Duke University economics professor, said from his Vermont home this week that statewide independence is really a euphemism for secession, adding Vermont also will seek to join the group of Unrepresented Nations similar to the Lakota Indians and other international indigenous people.
"Secession is one of the most politically charged words in America, thanks to Abraham Lincoln," said Naylor, adding he had been writing about secession for the better part of 10 years but the movement picked up tremendous steam after 9/11. "Secession really combines a radical act of rebellion grounded in fear and anger with a positive vision for the future.
"It represents an act of faith that the new will be better than the old. The decision to secede necessarily involves a very personal, painful four-step decision process. It first involves denunciation that the United States has lost its moral authority and is unsustainable, ungovernable and unfixable. Second, there is disengagement or admitting I don,t want to go down with the Titanic. Third, there is demystification that secession really is a viable option constitutionally, politically and economically. And finally, defiance, saying I personally want to help take Vermont back from big business, big markets and big government and I want to do so peacefully.,"
What started out as Naylor's little fantasy to have an independent country made up of Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine, has already grown from a small group of 36 several years ago to a packed House Chamber in the state's capital. Claiming to have a membership of 160 as of last April, Naylor said the numbers have doubled or even tripled.
"I,m getting calls from all over the country supporting our movement," said Naylor. "Although there are more than 20 states with some kind of secession movement, Alaska and Hawaii being the best examples, I think Vermont really has the best chance at succeeding at seceding."
Besides holding the Vermont independence convention in Montpelier, the smallest state capital city in the United States, it also has the reputation as being the most fiercely independent and anti- big business, being the only one not allowing a McDonald's in the entire country.
"First and foremost, we want out of the United States. It's not just an anti-Bush statement and if Kerry was elected, we still would have wanted out," said Naylor. "The reality is that we have a one party system in this country, called the Republican party, that is owned and operated and controlled by corporate America. So it's not just a Bush protest, but a protest against the Empire.
Although many critics have said the mighty U.S. would not stand for Vermont's secession, Naylor as will as others disagree, including Jim Hogue, a talk show host on Vermont Public radio.
"There's nothing they would want here. There's no oil, just mountains. We,re just not important enough. We,re funny, we,re small and we,re peaceful," said Hogue several months ago in an article in the Montreal Gazette.
With most Vermont politicians, including the Congressional delegation, ignoring the grassroots secession movement or just laughing it off as good theatre, Vermont's Lt. Gov., Brian Dubie, has weighed in on the issue, giving it a certain amount of merit but stopping short of outright support.
"I really salute their energy and passion," he said in a local press interview. "we have an obligation to think of what is in our best interest as a state and for the people of out state, even as we approach federal and national issues."
Besides Naylor and Kuntsler, others who spoke at the Oct. 28 independence convention included Professor Frank Bryan of the University of Vermont; Kirkpatrick Sale, author of Human Scale; J. Kevin Graffagnino, executive director of theVermont Historical Society; Professor Eric Davis, Middlebury College; Shay Totten, editor of the Vermont Guardian; and Dr. Rob Williams of Champlain College.

Wow! It's been quite a rush since the beginning of the New Year. New energy, new activity and many web changes to accomodate the upcoming payouts.
Someone remarked to me recently regarding our program that "its really not about the money".
Indeed this was quite an insight for them of observe. Now if you have been one who has been struggling financially, this will be a hard swallow... but try to stay with me on this one.
If its not about the money, what is Freedom Club USA all about? The name may give you a clue. Freedom. What we really want on this planet is "freedom". Freedom from oppressive debt, freedom of health choice and freedom from stress. All of this translates to "awakening".
We are at a very critical point in mankinds awakening. Awakening from 5000 years of domination and slavery. Yes, even in the land of the free, we have become slaves financially, legally and emotionally. Our current system was designed to put us there and keep us there. Should we awaken from our slumber and begin to fulfil our destiny as "individuations" of our creator and accept our inner power of who we are, there old paridigm will simply collapse.
This is precisely what is happening on this planet at this time. We are co-creating a new paradigm. We are rapidly moving from domination to mutual respect. From competition to cooperation. From fear to love.
This has been well mapped out in the Mayan Calendar over 3000 years ago and written in songs for decades - the age of Aquarious. Indeed we are at the NEWDAWN and AWAKENING to our new paridigm.

Earth - The Next Fifth World
We appear to be witnessing the dissolving of our American and European borders at unprecedented rates. We are seeing blatant ignoring of immigration laws and the dissolution of America's industrial base to third world countries. Borders are falling in the Middle East. So what is happening at this craziest time in history?
Does this mean the united States will dissolve into a North American Union just as Europe did? Will the distinction of Canada, US and Mexico become a blur? Without bacteria in our intestinal tract, we could not digest our food properly. When an animal, plant, person or waste dies, how would it's remains decompose without bacteria?
Let's take this example back to the political world. As we progress thru the Mayan Calendar, we discover cycles: creation, nurturing, growth, productivity, maturing, reseeding, destruction and preparation for the next cycle. This is the 7 day and 6 night cycle we see thru 9 levels of Universal Creation. We are now just beginning the 5th day of the 8th cycle. This is the period of great awakening. We saw fire, culture, Jesus, Einstein in prior cycles of 5th days and will see Free Energy coming in this cycle).
The 5th night follows and is the period of destruction of the previous cycle. We have been in cycle 7 (Power) for over 100 years and cycle 8 brings Ethics. When you lay Ethics over Power, great things can happen. However, for the moment it appears the negative Power still in control will overtake us. However, during 2007 with the awakening of Ethics and the application of Ethics over Power in 2008, incredible positive changes will happen world wide.
Yes, it is likely the borders of the world will dissolve rapidly and we will quickly move to redistribute resources more equitably worldwide. However, with the inclusion of Ethics, we will see the old power structures crumble in Governments, Big Business and even Religions. As we awaken on an individual basis, we will assume our innate power and make ethical choices in leaders for all these areas.
What will follow will be very rapid technological growth for clean free energy. The time period from conception to manifestation will shorten dramatically. We will see more change in the next 5 years as we have seen in the last 5000 years combined.
Where we are going is to a higher resonance energy, I am calling the 5th world or 5th dimension. The final step is the addition of Intuition and Co-creation which begins in 2011. By Oct 28, 2011, we won't need borders, languages or materialism because we will be creating all our needs (food, shelter, travel) by intent and communicate with language thru intuition. We will finally awaken to the truth, we are all one.

The UNITED STATES Isn't a Country - It's a Corporation!
What Congress did by passing the Act of 1871 was create an entirely new document, a constitution for the government of the District of Columbia, an INCORPORATED government. This newly altered Constitution was not intended to benefit the Republic. It benefits only the corporation of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and operates entirely outside the original (organic) Constitution.
Instead of having absolute and unalienable rights guaranteed under the organic Constitution, we the people now have "relative" rights or privileges. One example is the Sovereign's right to travel, which has now been transformed (under corporate government policy) into a "privilege" that requires citizens to be licensed.
By passing the Act of 1871, Congress committed TREASON against the People who were Sovereign under the grants and decrees of the Declaration of Independence and the organic Constitution.

Earth - The Next Fifth World
We appear to be witnessing the dissolving of our American and European borders at unprecedented rates. We are seeing blatant ignoring of immigration laws and the dissolution of America's industrial base to third world countries. Borders are falling in the Middle East. So what is happening at this craziest time in history?
Does this mean the united States will dissolve into a North American Union just as Europe did? Will the distinction of Canada, US and Mexico become a blur? Is this all the plan of the Illuminati with our worldwide politicians being the pawns to carry out their plans? Or is there a bigger energy directing this activity... and if so, is it positive or negative?
Yes, there are dark energies who would like to claim their one world order over the planet. However, are they simply part of the grand plan for Earth becoming a borderless world? If the Illuminati are just the pawns then what is guiding these changes.
Each entity on this planet has it's purpose even when we may not yet understand what it is. For example, it appears we would be better off if all the lowly bacteria were exterminated. No more moldy food, less sickness and just a safer planet... or would it be?

THOMAS EDISON ON GOVERNMENT CREATED DEBT FREE MONEY
Prosperity, September 2000
In December 1921, the American industrialist Henry Ford and the inventor Thomas Edison visited the Muscle Shoals nitrate and water power projects near Florence, Alabama. They used the opportunity to articulate at length upon their alternative money theories, which were published in 2 reports which appeared in The New York Times on December 4, 1921 and December 6, 1921.
Objecting to the fact that the Government planned, as usual, to raise the money by issuing bonds which would be bought by the banking and non-banking sector -- which would then have to be paid back with money raised from taxes, and with interest added -- they proposed instead that the Government simply create the currency it required and spend it into society through this public project.
This is also the Prosperity proposal.
Thomas Edison made it plain in the following excerpt from The New York Times, December 6, 1921 issue ("Ford Sees Wealth In Muscle Shoals"). Here, the reporter is quoting Edison:
"That is to say, under the old way any time we wish to add to the national wealth we are compelled to add to the national debt.
"Now, that is what Henry Ford wants to prevent. He thinks it is stupid, and so do I, that for the loan of $30,000,000 of their own money the people of the United States should be compelled to pay $66,000,000 -- that is what it amounts to, with interest. People who will not turn a shovelful of dirt nor contribute a pound of material will collect more money from the United States than will the people who supply the material and do the work. That is the terrible thing about interest. In all our great bond issues the interest is always greater than the principal. All of the great public works cost more than twice the actual cost, on that account. Under the present system of doing business we simply add 120 to 150 per cent, to the stated cost.
"But here is the point: If our nation can issue a dollar bond, it can issue a dollar bill. The element that makes the bond good makes the bill good. The difference between the bond and the bill is that the bond lets the money brokers collect twice the amount of the bond and an additional 20 per cent, whereas the currency pays nobody but those who directly contribute to Muscle Shoals in some useful way.
" ... if the Government issues currency, it provides itself with enough money to increase the national wealth at Muscles Shoals without disturbing the business of the rest of the country. And in doing this it increases its income without adding a penny to its debt.
"It is absurd to say that our country can issue $30,000,000 in bonds and not $30,000,000 in currency. Both are promises to pay; but one promise fattens the usurer, and the other helps the people. If the currency issued by the Government were no good, then the bonds issued would be no good either. It is a terrible situation when the Government, to increase the national wealth, must go into debt and submit to ruinous interest charges at the hands of men who control the fictitious values of gold.
"Look at it another way. If the Government issues bonds, the brokers will sell them. The bonds will be negotiable; they will be considered as gilt edged paper. Why? Because the government is behind them, but who is behind the Government? The people. Therefore it is the people who constitute the basis of Government credit. Why then cannot the people have the benefit of their own gilt-edged credit by receiving non-interest bearing currency on Muscle Shoals, instead of the bankers receiving the benefit of the people's credit in interest-bearing bonds?"

It appears many of our members and prospects are "waiting" for funding, yet time waits for no man. This create a reality in the mind that you do not have it and you reinforce "lack" rather than "prosperity". The trick is to live in the reality of prosperity, experiencing it (making believe) every day as though you already have it and don't need more. Then be as in peace with current circumstances as you possibly can. Couple that with gratitude for everything in your life, find a way to think positively and gratefully while "allowing" all to come to you. This will bring prosperity to your mind faster than anything else. Reality always follows the mind.

Earth - The Next Fifth World
We appear to be witnessing the dissolving of our American and European borders at unprecedented rates. We are seeing blatant ignoring of immigration laws and the dissolution of America's industrial base to third world countries. Borders are falling in the Middle East. So what is happening at this craziest time in history?
Does this mean the united States will dissolve into a North American Union just as Europe did? Will the distinction of Canada, US and Mexico become a blur? Is this all the plan of the Illuminati with our worldwide politicians being the pawns to carry out their plans? Or is there a bigger energy directing this activity... and if so, is it positive or negative?
Yes, there are dark energies who would like to claim their one world order over the planet. However, are they simply part of the grand plan for Earth becoming a borderless world? If the Illuminati are just the pawns then what is guiding these changes.
Each entity on this planet has it's purpose even when we may not yet understand what it is. For example, it appears we would be better off if all the lowly bacteria were exterminated. No more moldy food, less sickness and just a safer planet... or would it be?
Without bacteria in our intestinal tract, we could not digest our food properly. When an animal, plant, person or waste dies, how would it's remains decompose without bacteria?
Let's take this example back to the political world. As we progress thru the Mayan Calendar, we discover cycles: creation, nurturing, growth, productivity, maturing, reseeding, destruction and preparation for the next cycle. This is the 7 day and 6 night cycle we see thru 9 levels of Universal Creation. We are now just beginning the 5th day of the 8th cycle. This is the period of great awakening. We saw fire, culture, Jesus, Einstein in prior cycles of 5th days and will see Free Energy coming in this cycle).
The 5th night follows and is the period of destruction of the previous cycle. We have been in cycle 7 (Power) for over 100 years and cycle 8 brings Ethics. When you lay Ethics over Power, great things can happen. However, for the moment it appears the negative Power still in control will overtake us. However, during 2007 with the awakening of Ethics and the application of Ethics over Power in 2008, incredible positive changes will happen world wide.
Yes, it is likely the borders of the world will dissolve rapidly and we will quickly move to redistribute resources more equitably worldwide. However, with the inclusion of Ethics, we will see the old power structures crumble in Governments, Big Business and even Religions. As we awaken on an individual basis, we will assume our innate power and make ethical choices in leaders for all these areas.
What will follow will be very rapid technological growth for clean free energy. The time period from conception to manifestation will shorten dramatically. We will see more change in the next 5 years as we have seen in the last 5000 years combined.
Where we are going is to a higher resonance energy, I am calling the 5th world or 5th dimension. The final step is the addition of Intuition and Co-creation which begins in 2011. By Oct 28, 2011, we won't need borders, languages or materialism because we will be creating all our needs (food, shelter, travel) by intent and communicate with language thru intuition. We will finally awaken to the truth, we are all one.

Recently we introduced a new process to our Wednesday night calls, Quantum Energetics. Most of us are still trying to get our arms around this and make sense of it. You won't nor will I. We are reaching a period where our left (logical) brain has exceeded it's ability to process the ever increasing streams of light energy coming to Earth.
We've simply maxed out our capacity. We, however, are still absorbing the massive amount of information coming thru our right (emotional) brain at a subconscious level. Since it is subconscious, we can "feel" something happening but we cannot process it and make sense of it as before.

So, it's better to learn now with training wheels than trying to learn how to ride this new bike at the last minute without any help.

By now, "news watchers" who "follow the dots" can see that this has been happening and rightly expect it to continue. As the light has brought developments into wider public view, even news gatherers and reporters are putting increasing pressure on main steam media to relate happenings accurately. That influence and philosophies are changing is especially obvious in the United States, despite the election aftermath where the "system" showed its true colors?the majority in both major parties follows the Illuminati agenda?and much more is fomenting. You will see that recently elected leaders whom some have labeled "leftists" came in because of the higher energies prevailing, and others labeled "rightists" will be eased or forced out?this also is on the way but more slowly where despotic regimes still hold sway. In summary, justness and wisdom is coming to governments globally because the light is reaching the populace who fervently desire this and thus are manifesting it, and ones in leadership positions from communities upward to nations will respond because of their own increased light or they will be replaced by lighted souls. In like manner, all unjust laws, policies and practices at all levels will be replaced with fairness regulating governing.

Christmas
It is more than the birth of Jesus, whom his parents named Emmanuel, being so falsely depicted by the nativity scene; although we will rejoice when the truth of his heritage and long life is revealed, it is that other emotions shooting out to the universe are vastly different from joy. The non-Christian world, particularly in the Mideast, wonders how the Christian world can celebrate so festively and generously with each other while endorsing war and knowing that billions of their fellow humankind are deprived of even subsistence living: Hypocrisy, apathy and lavish spending to "show love" are not the teachings of the Christed soul whose birth is commemorated on Christmas day. People in war zones are living in fear, and there is anguish in families whose members are in combat, prisons, distant hospitals, or their whereabouts are unknown. Parents who cannot meet basic expenses are feeling more desperate because of their children's disappointment that there cannot be presents for them, and the numbers of homeless in the midst of others' wealth are growing. Holidays are especially nostalgic times, and for those whose beloved people have passed on, fresh or lingering grief is compounded by the flurry of exhilaration around them. Thus this season is one of highly mixed emotions, and Earth pauses to absorb them all.
We want you to be joy-filled always, not only in times of celebration! That is why our prayer for your world is that thankfulness for the abundant blessings of the universe and love and respect for all life everywhere will accompany your enjoyment of traditional celebrations. Hold in your hearts our eternal inseparable closeness in LOVE, the essence and the power of the Oneness.

Earth - The Next Fifth World
We appear to be witnessing the dissolving of our American and European borders at unprecedented rates. We are seeing blatant ignoring of immigration laws and the dissolution of America's industrial base to third world countries. Borders are falling in the Middle East. So what is happening at this craziest time in history?
Does this mean the united States will dissolve into a North American Union just as Europe did? Will the distinction of Canada, US and Mexico become a blur? Is this all the plan of the Illuminati with our worldwide politicians being the pawns to carry out their plans? Or is there a bigger energy directing this activity... and if so, is it positive or negative?
Yes, there are dark energies who would like to claim their one world order over the planet. However, are they simply part of the grand plan for Earth becoming a borderless world? If the Illuminati are just the pawns then what is guiding these changes.
Each entity on this planet has it's purpose even when we may not yet understand what it is. For example, it appears we would be better off if all the lowly bacteria were exterminated. No more moldy food, less sickness and just a safer planet... or would it be?
Without bacteria in our intestinal tract, we could not digest our food properly. When an animal, plant, person or waste dies, how would it's remains decompose without bacteria?
Let's take this example back to the political world. As we progress thru the Mayan Calendar, we discover cycles: creation, nurturing, growth, productivity, maturing, reseeding, destruction and preparation for the next cycle. This is the 7 day and 6 night cycle we see thru 9 levels of Universal Creation. We are now just beginning the 5th day of the 8th cycle. This is the period of great awakening. We saw fire, culture, Jesus, Einstein in prior cycles of 5th days and will see Free Energy coming in this cycle).
The 5th night follows and is the period of destruction of the previous cycle. We have been in cycle 7 (Power) for over 100 years and cycle 8 brings Ethics. When you lay Ethics over Power, great things can happen. However, for the moment it appears the negative Power still in control will overtake us. However, during 2007 with the awakening of Ethics and the application of Ethics over Power in 2008, incredible positive changes will happen world wide.
Yes, it is likely the borders of the world will dissolve rapidly and we will quickly move to redistribute resources more equitably worldwide. However, with the inclusion of Ethics, we will see the old power structures crumble in Governments, Big Business and even Religions. As we awaken on an individual basis, we will assume our innate power and make ethical choices in leaders for all these areas.
What will follow will be very rapid technological growth for clean free energy. The time period from conception to manifestation will shorten dramatically. We will see more change in the next 5 years as we have seen in the last 5000 years combined.
Where we are going is to a higher resonance energy, I am calling the 5th world or 5th dimension. The final step is the addition of Intuition and Co-creation which begins in 2011. By Oct 28, 2011, we won't need borders, languages or materialism because we will be creating all our needs (food, shelter, travel) by intent and communicate with language thru intuition. We will finally awaken to the truth, we are all one.

Recently we introduced a new process to our Wednesday night calls, Quantum Energetics. Most of us are still trying to get our arms around this and make sense of it. You won't nor will I. We are reaching a period where our left (logical) brain has exceeded it's ability to process the ever increasing streams of light energy coming to Earth.

So, it's better to learn now with training wheels than trying to learn how to ride this new bike at the last minute without any help.
