If there were a contest for the best example of total disregard for human life the victor would be McNeil Nutritionals - makers of SplendaTM. :evil: Manufacturers of VioxxTM and LipitorTM would tie for a very distant second.
McNeil Nutritionals is the undisputed drug-pushing champion for disguising their drug SplendaTM as a sweetener. Regardless of its drug qualities and potential for side-effects, McNeil is dead set on putting it on every kitchen table in America. Apparently, VioxxTM and LipitorTM makers can't stoop so low as to deceptively masquerade their drug as a candy of sort. There is no question that their products are drugs and by definition come with negative side-effects. Rather than sell directly to the consumer, these losers have to go through the painful process of using doctors to prescribe their dangerous goods.
A keen student in corporate drug dealing, McNeil learned from aspartame and saccharine pushers that if a drug tastes sweet then let the masses eat it in their cake. First though, you have to create a facade of natural health. They did this using a cute trade name that kind of sounds like splendid and packaged it in pretty colors. Hypnotized, the masses were duped instantly. As unquestionably as a dog humps your leg, millions of diabetics (and non-diabetics) blindly eat sucralose under the trade name SplendaTM in place of real sugar (sucrose).
SplendaTM was strategically released on April fools day in 1998. :mad: This day is reserved worldwide for hoaxes and practical jokes on friends and family, the aim of which is to embarrass the gullible. McNeil certainly succeeded.
The splendid SplendaTM hoax is costing gullible Americans $187 million annually. (1) While many people "wonder" about the safety of SplendaTM they rarely question it. Despite its' many "unknowns" and inherent dangers, SplendaTM demand has grown faster than its supply. No longer do I have to question my faith in fellow Man. He is not a total idiot, just a gullible one. McNeil jokesters are laughing all the way to the bank.
SplendaTM is not as harmless as McNeil wants you to believe. A mixture of sucralose, maltodextrine and dextrose (a detrimental simple sugar), each of the not-so-splendid SplendaTM ingredients has downfalls. Aside from the fact that it really isn't "sugar and calorie free," here is one big reason to avoid the deceitful mix...Think April fools day:
SplendaTM contains a potential poison! SplendaTM contains the drug sucralose. This chemical is 600 times sweeter than sugar. To make sucralose, chlorine is used. Chlorine has a split personality. It can be harmless or it can be life threatening.
In combo with sodium, chlorine forms a harmless "ionic bond" to yield table salt. Sucralose makers often highlight this worthless fact to defend its' safety. Apparently, they missed the second day of Chemistry 101 - the day they teach "covalent" bonds.
When used with carbon, the chlorine atom in sucralose forms a "covalent" bond. The end result is the historically deadly "organochlorine" or simply: a Really-Nasty Form of Chlorine (RNFOC).
Unlike ionic bonds, covalently bound chlorines are a big no-no for the human body. They yield insecticides, pesticides, and herbicides - not something you want in the lunch box of your precious child. It's therefore no surprise that the originators of sucralose, chemists Hough and Phadnis, were attempting to design new insecticides when they discovered it! It wasn't until the young Phadnis accidentally tasted his new "insecticide" that he learned it was sweet. And because sugars are more profitable than insecticides, the whole insecticide idea got canned and a new sweetener called SplendaTM got packaged.
To hide its' origin, SplendaTM pushers assert that sucralose is "made from sugar so it tastes like sugar." Sucralose is as close to sugar as WindexTM is to ocean water.
The RNFOC poses a real and present danger to all SplendaTM users. It is risky because the RNFOC confers a molecule with a set of super powers that wreak havoc on the human body. For example, Agent Orange, used in the U.S Army's herbicidal warfare program, is a RNFOC. Exposure can lead to Hodgkin's lymphoma and non-Hodgkins lymphoma as well as diabetes and various forms of cancer! Other shocking examples are the war gas phosgene, chlordane and lindane. (2) The RNFOC is lethal because it allows poisons to be fat soluble while rendering the natural defense mechanisms of the body helpless.
A poison that is fat soluble is akin to a bomb exploding internally. It invades every nook and cranny of the body. Cell walls and DNA - the genetic map of human life - become nothing more than potential casualties of war when exposed. Sucralose is only 25% water soluble. (3) Which means a vast majority of it may explode internally. In general, this results in weakened immune function, irregular heart beat, agitation, shortness of breath, skin rashes, headaches, liver and kidney damage, birth defects, cancer, cancer and more cancer - for generations! (1)
McNeil asserts that their studies prove it to be safe for everyone, even children. That's little assurance. Learning from the VioxxTM debacle (and many others highlighted in my book Health Myths Exposed) which killed tens of thousands, we know that studies can be bought and results fabricated.
Some things are worth dying for. SplendaTM is not one of them. What people think of as a food is a drug or slow poison - little distinction there. It wouldn't be wise to bet your health on it. If safe, sucralose would be the first molecule in human history that contained a RNFOC fit for human consumption. This fact alone makes sucralose questionable for use as a sweetener, if not instantly detrimental to our health. Only time will tell. Until then, Ill stick to the safe and naturally occurring stevia plant to satisfy my occasional sweet tooth in 2007.
Be forewarned though, as long as drugs can be legally disguised as sweeteners, watch out for drugs being disguised as vitamins...Oh wait, they are already doing that - think Lipitor.

Reading the Fine Print to Get It Right!
As Gilbert and Sullivan noted in their satirical operetta "Things are seldom what they seem, Skim milk masquerades as cream." It takes a good deal of work to figure out what´s skim milk and what´s cream in the health and health freedom areas and sometimes conflicting information can be confusing. The purpose of this email is to provide much needed information on two important areas currently filled with a good deal of needless confusion.
The first is a piece of seemingly good news that is really bad while the second is a piece of seemingly bad news that is really good. Skim milk and cream, indeed!
A recent internet announcement trumpeted what is at best a minor victory in Europe, in which supplements, which are under a major assault by the restrictive and destructive European Food Supplements Directive (EFSD) garnered a legal victory such that natural source of supplements are no longer in danger, now that they are considered as foods. We agree with the basic principal: supplements are foods and therefore considered safe.
First, the background. You probably already know that the European Union (EU) is on a path to eliminate all high dose nutritional supplements. They passed the EFSD which gives the central government the authority to remove supplements which do not conform to their restrictive limitations on which supplements may be sold (very few) and which dosages are permitted (very low).
This Directive was challenged in the European Court system. In fact, the European Court of Justice (ECJ) received arguments including scientific dossiers on the issues in this case in January, 2005. The Natural Solutions Foundation as an organization and I as a physician and scientist were proud to be signatories on a scientific dossier supporting the use of high dose nutrients for health maintenance and promotion. This document also made the point that natural source nutrients were biologically and biochemically superior to, and different from, synthetic source nutrients. Natural source nutrients are safe, beneficial and extremely important to the health of people eating modern industrialized foods and living in a toxic world. Synthetic ingredients are not the same as natural ones, although our FDA has taken the unscientific position that they are the same.

You may also recall that on July 4, 2005, to the exuberant jubilation of the US Codex Manager, Ed Scarbrough, PhD., the restrictive and dangerous Vitamin and Mineral Guideline was ratified by the Codex Alimentarius Commission. This documents literally mandates deadly under nutrition in the international trade of nutrients since, for example, permitted maximum doses of nutrients may be only 15% higher than the amount of that nutrient found in unprocessed food. A 1000 mg Vitamin C tablet would be illegal in international trade. So would a 500 mg one. So would a 250 mg one.
A few days later, the ECJ gave its ruling on the legal challenge to the EFSD and ruled that it would remain intact meaning that only those permitted nutrients would survive, so effective nutritional therapy would be eliminated in the EU. It did rule that natural source supplements might still be used, but that the doses were still far too small to satisfy the biological diversity of each person´s individual needs.
At the time, one of the organizations involved in the suit touted that as a great victory and, while congratulating the President of the organization, I questioned the meaning of a ¨victory¨ in which micro doses of natural sources were still in, but meaningful doses of either natural or synthetic nutrients were out. His answer was "We´ll figure that out later."
Now It´s Later and the Europeans are faced with a real challenge to Health Freedom
So when an associated organization recently sent out an email trumpeting the ¨Victory¨ that allows natural source nutrients to be treated as foods, not drugs, we share their delight. After all, we helped bring about this ruling. The highly significant US 1994 Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act (DSHEA) pioneered the critically important idea that nutrients are foods and, like foods, generally regarded as safe so we can have as much of them as we like, just as we can have as much lettuce or lamb or lasagna as we like. This idea is under significant attack in this country as you will see when you read the second part of this email.
What we don´t share is their interpretation of the meaning of this confirmation. It´s kind of like when Moses came back from Mt. Zion with the tablets and all the Israelites crowded around him, eager to know what had happened.
Moses said, ¨Well, I´ve got some good news and some bad news for you¨. The good news is that I got Him down to 10. The bad news is that Adultery is still in.¨
The good news, of course, is that natural source ingredients are in. The bad news is that nutrients, foods or not, are still limited to micro doses. Those micro doses are intended to make sure that people eating a Codex compliant, corrupted and toxic food supply will become sick and that they will have no recourse or resource other than dangerous, expensive, ineffective pharmaceuticals. Now for Some Good News that Looks Bad
Everybody is entitled to make a mistake. Congress makes them all the time. Consider: on May 9, 2007 the Senate overwhelmingly passed the misnamed, wrongheaded, dangerous and irrational FDA Revitalization Bill, S. 1082. By throwing power and money at an out of control, deadly and corrupt organization, the bill supposedly would curb and correct these problems. Members of the US Senate attached some amendments to protect dietary supplements from this huge mistake of a law. In fact, Senators Harkin, Hatch and Durbin inserted language which specifically exempts products covered by DSHEA, that is, dietary supplements, from this law. (608 - Rule of construction: nothing in this title "shall be construed to affect..." regulation under DSHEA or AER [Adverse Event Reporting] law).
The same law was railroaded through the House last month with no amendments permitted so that this vitally important protection for supplements against the determined attack of the FDA is lacking.
Natural Solutions Foundation Takes Action
You may recall that we headed for Washington to help assure that your right to chose to take dietary supplements would not fax to the ax of this really bad bill. Ralph Fucetola visited important Congressional Offices to assure that the compromise version of the bill which would be reported out of Conference Committee would contain the protective 608 language.
The good news? We were assured that it would and that there was no danger to supplements and were thanked profusely for our diligence in focusing our large and vocal base on this issue.
Astonishingly, yet another health freedom organization got this one wrong, big time. They mis-read the law and took us to task for the way we read it by saying that the FDA Revitalization Act has nothing to do with Dietary Supplements, that the amendment section 6 (which includes Section 608 quoted above) deals only with pet food and our concerns about this law are unfounded. Now we know that a lot of people give their pets dietary supplements, but Section 608 is specific and the assertion that our concern is unjustified is not only a mistake, but a pretty big blooper that has confused quite a number of people.
Here´s the Straight Story
To quote Ralph´s recent blog on the subject at http://vitaminlawyerhealthfreedom.blogspot.com/,
¨´While there are a number of bad clauses in what we call the FDA "enabling act" because it rewards a failing agency with more power to abuse, the House version of the bill does not mention foods or dietary supplements. The Senate version has an additional section 6 (sponsored by Senator Durbin) which was originally inspired by recent bad food (including pet food) imports.
That section is about food safety and establishes an "adulterated food registry." Even after assurances from Senator Kennedy, on the Senate record, that the law would not be used against food supplements, Senator Harkin and the others demanded that language protecting dietary supplements be added to the law. They were supported in this by thousands of constituent messages to Congress through the Natural Solutions Foundation web site.¨
The Natural Solutions Foundation knows that the proposed statutory language was so vague that it actually allowed FDA more room to attack supplements, not less. Thus, while not supporting the bill, we do applaud section 608 since it protects supplements from what bill supporters claim would be an unlikely attack on supplements but which we see as a continuing attempt by the drug industry and their captive legislators and regulators to knock out the opposition to drug use: health, especially in the form of dietary supplements.
If the food safety section 6 remains in the final law, we are assured by our friends "on the Hill" the DSHEA product exemption will remain in place.
Ralph makes a really interesting point. ¨Those who criticize us apparently trust the FDA rather more than we do. We, on the other hand, agree with Dr. Ron Paul, who earlier this year called an FDA move against alternatives "an abuse of FDA power..."
Giving the FDA more power, more money from Big Pharma´s ¨User Fees¨ and more incestuous conflicts of interest will allow it to continue its stated policy of 'harmonizing' our health freedoms to international restrictions. That means only one thing: Codex. The EU EFSD is the result of harmonization with Codex. Is that what we want?
We reject that approach and will continue to be a strong voice for freedom of choice in healthcare. That is consistent with the purpose of the Natural Solutions Foundation's: to protect and promote health freedom in the US and around the world.
One of the ways we do that is to educate Congress and decision makers about Natural Solutions that will enable people to control their own healthcare decisions. Splenda - Poison to Avoid
James Bowen, M.D., A physician, biochemist, and survivor of
aspartame poisoning warns about yet another synthetic sweetener, Splenda.
HAWAII -- The chemical sucralose, marketed as "Splenda", has replaced aspartame
as the #1 artificial sweetener in foods and beverages. Aspartame has been forced out
by increasing public awareness that it is both a neurotoxin and an underlying cause of
chronic illness worldwide. Dr. James Bowen, Researcher and biochemist, reports:
"Splenda/sucralose is simply chlorinated sugar; a chlorocarbon. Common chlorocarbons
include carbon tetrachloride, trichlorethelene and methylene chloride, all deadly.
Chlorine is nature's Doberman attack dog, a highly excitable, ferocious atomic
element employed as a biocide in bleach, disinfectants, insecticide, WWI poison gas
and hydrochloric acid.
"Sucralose is a molecule of sugar chemically manipulated to surrender three hydroxyl
groups (hydrogen + oxygen) and replace them with three chlorine atoms. Natural
sugar is a hydrocarbon built around 12 carbon atoms. When turned into Splenda it
becomes a chlorocarbon, in the family of Chlorodane, Lindane and DDT,
"It is logical to ask why table salt, which also contains chlorine, is safe while
Splenda/sucralose is toxic? Because salt isn't a chlorocarbon. When molecular
chemistry binds sodium to chlorine to make salt, carbon isn't included. Sucralose
and salt are as different as oil and water.
"Unlike sodium chloride, chlorocarbons are never nutritionally compatible with our
metabolic processes and are wholly incompatible with normal human metabolic functioning.
When chlorine is chemically reacted into carbon-structured organic compounds to make
chlorocarbons, the carbon and chlorine atoms bind to each other by
mutually sharing electrons in their outer shells.
This arrangement adversely affects human metabolism because our mitochondrial and
cellular enzyme systems are designed to completely utilize organic molecules containing
carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, and other compatible nutritional elements.
"By this process chlorocarbons such as sucralose deliver chlorine directly into our cells
through normal metabolization. This makes them effective insecticides and preservatives.
Preservatives must kill anything alive to prevent bacterial decomposition."
Dr. Bowen believes ingested chlorocarbon damage continues with the formation of
other toxins: "Any chlorocarbons not directly excreted from the body intact can cause
immense damage to the processes of human metabolism and, eventually, our internal
organs. The liver is a detoxification organ which deals with ingested poisons.
Chlorocarbons damage the hepatocytes, the liver's metabolic cells, and destroy them.
In test animals Splenda produced swollen livers, as do all chlorocarbon poisons, and
also calcified the kidneys of test animals in toxicity studies. The brain and nervous system
are highly subject to metabolic toxicities and solvency damages by these chemicals.
Their high solvency attacks the human nervous system and many other body systems
including genetics and the immune function. Thus, chlorocarbon poisoning can cause
cancer, birth defects, and immune system destruction. These are well known effects of
Dioxin and PCBs which are known deadly chlorocarbons."
Dr. Bowen continues: "Just like aspartame, which achieved marketplace approval by
the Food and Drug Administration when animal studies clearly demonstrated its toxicity,
sucralose also failed in clinical trials with animals. Aspartame created brain tumors in rats.
Sucralose has been found to shrink thymus glands (the biological seat of immunity) and
produce liver inflammation in rats and mice.
"In the coming months we can expect to see a river of media hype expounding the
virtues of Splenda/sucralose. We should not be fooled again into accepting the safety
of a toxic chemical on the blessing of the FDA and saturation advertising. In terms of
potential long-term human toxicity we should regard sucralose with its chemical cousin
DDT, the insecticide now outlawed because of its horrendous long term toxicities at
even minute trace levels in human, avian, and mammalian tissues.
"Synthetic chemical sweeteners are generally unsafe for human consumption. This toxin
was given the chemical name "sucralose" which is a play on the technical name of natural
sugar, sucrose. One is not the other. One is food, the other is toxic; don't be deceived."
Dr. Bowen also calls attention to another seldom recognized and deadly permanent
effect of these chemicals: "Aspartame, sold as NutraSweet, Equal, E951,
Canderel, Benevia and under other names, is a hypersensitization agent which
causes Polychemical Sensitivity syndrome. Chlorocarbons strongly induce uncurable
hypersensitivity diseases which are now becoming rampant." (James Bowen, M.D.)
Doctor Bowen has spent 20 years researching artificial sweeteners after his
use of aspartame resulted in being diagnosed with Lou Gehrig's disease.
Dr Bowen's intention is to warn the world of the toxicity of tabletop poisons
like aspartame, Splenda and Neotame.

 Those nice people who produce aspartame, the sweetener in diet drinks, have taken quite a hammering of late. So it's great to be able to report on a practical application of the sweetener that puts it in a more positive light.
According to Jan Jenson of Mooresville, North Carolina, it's the world's greatest ant poison. "It works better than the most deadly poisons I have tried. Any time those ants show up again, I simply dump another package of NutraSweet in a corner, and they will be gone for a year or so again," she reports.
She made the discovery after carpenter ants, which were resistant to even the deadliest ant poisons such as Orkin, plagued her home. At her wit's end, she remembered reading that aspartame had first been developed as an ant poison until the manufacturer discovered its more lucrative role as a sweetener. She bought two packets of NutraSweet, put one in a corner of her two bathrooms, and she didn't see another ant for nearly a year.
As with any poison, Jan recommends that you wear gloves and wash your skin afterwards should you come into direct contact with the poison. Of course, you must avoid swallowing it (oh, yes, of course, you are supposed to swallow it).

eyelids and central facial muscles. Needless to say, I am constantly
socially impaired, and very troubled by this very distracting
neural disability. The tic was at that time temporarily and very
briefly controllable with great personal efforts and by my intense
concentrations upon it.
After I was horribly poisoned by Aspartame during the six weeks for
which I used the Lo Cal Kool Aid, May and June 1983, when Aspartame was
first released to the market. Before it was even released into our
canned soft drinks, Aspartame made my case of Tourette's twitching far
worse and totally uncontrollable! Ever since I used Aspartame for only
six weeks. I now have uncontrollable nose wrinkling grimaces,
eyelid twitching and facial twitches. (It also aged me thirty years in
those six weeks!)
My RN wife was screaming at me "Jim get off the damn Aspartame! It is
killing you!" Aspartame is a highly effective brain washing agent, and
I was so completely brain washed, and unable to even comprehend that
Aspartame could be doing to me any damage, whatsoever: Even though my
first two days of using Aspartame were marked by the loss of my
balance, and the development of a toxic cardiomyopathy, so severe
that I went from being a two mile per day swimmer, to being in such
severe congestive heart failure that I could not even climb the stairs
to my apartment without stopping at their middle, to rest and regain my
wind.
Severe depression ensued, in which I could only sit and watch TV and
sob in anguish, wishing someone could provide some remedy, Little
realizing that this very intentional brain washing, and devastation of
human beings was the only reason this very bitter tasting Nazi
biochemical warfare agent agent was billed to us and the medical
profession as a "marvelously safe new artificial sweetener!"
The Bush dynasty is merely the continuation of the Tudor dynasty,
and they hate our constitutional civil rights and our very Democracy
itself. The "Homeland Security Act" and the entirely unpatriotic
"Patriot Act" are mere direct translations of Adolph Hitler's
fascist programs! (And while I only wanted some "authority figure" to
tell me why I was mentally obtunded, and physically falling apart, and
also very rapidly aging!) This chemical "hopelessness"and apathy was
entirely due to my consumption of Aspartame! I have since seen many,
many others with this very peculiar Aspartame brain washing!
This is the "bottom line"of Aspartame. It: A Nazi biochemical warfare
agent intended to leave us mentally and physically degenerate, leaving
us feeling abjectly dependent on the "Government," and eagerly awaiting
for It to tell us "what to do," leaving us so mentally impaired, we
could never even question what they are doing to us, our constitutional
rights and to our civil liberties!
The FDA counted 92 diseases Aspartame was noted to cause, before Donald
Rumsfeld made them stop even noting or counting. The CDC got to 115
diseases caused by Aspartame, before Jewish Mafia godfather Rumsfeld
made them stop. My attorney, Clinton Henderson in apparent attempt to
justify himself into pimping me into false imprisonment, declared his
very informed knowledge that Aspartame was a direct import from
Hitler's Nazi Germany. In his attempts to convince me to sell out to
the Illuminati, Henderson even stooped to praising Hitler, as "A great
man who almost came to rule the world!"
I am one of the very few unaligned and still unbroken scientists who
ever saw those original Aspartame toxicity studies from the FDA files.
??? Why would any one ever do those Aspartame studies at only 1/1000th
of the legally requisite dosage in those experimental animals? ?? At
that minuscule dosage level, Aspartame caused the highest incidence of
brain tumor in rats, which any chemical ever tested at any dosage level
ever caused!
The very six months after Aspartame was put into our diet soft drinks,
the US brain tumor rate jumped 10% !! The US new case diabetes rate
jumped 30% in those first six months of our full exposure to Aspartame!
Those very same studies were still in the FDA file on Aspartame
several months after godfather Rumsfeld had used his "organized crime"
techniques to destroy all concern for human welfare and human decency
in "our" FDA. Entirely proving the entirely premeditated malice of the
Bush/Reagan/Rumsfeld government to both our Democracy and to all
humanity, as well!
The human toxicity studies, done at only the dosage found in three cans
of orange pop per day in only sixty people caused an immediate 250%
jump in visible human illness right up front, as compared to the rate
in the control group! During the sixty day period which Aspartame was
administered to them, those humans also experienced epidemics of
both bone and breast cancers! Our Satanic Bush/Reagan/Rumsfeld FDA said
those two human cancer epidemics were merely "insignificant findings!"
The Aspartame induced immune system failures in those two
experimentally found cancer victims was so devastating that both the
breast cancer and the bone cancer victim were dead within the following
year in spite of surgery, radiation, and chemotherapy! In my case, I
have been left with a very profound CHz (chemical hypersensitivity
disease,) whereby many chemical influences cause me to experience many
varied severe illnesses at millions of times lower exposures than they
would even be noticeable to "normals."
When I was studied with MRI and brain cat scans, my bulbar nuclei at
the top of my brain stem, which control facial movements movements,
were found to have been very badly damaged by Aspartame. I looked at
Aspartame victim, Charles Flemming's Post Mortem MRIs, which also
showed severe damages to his bulbar nuclei.
When Charles died from his Aspartame exposures, his poor wife is
presently left very falsely imprisoned for murdering him with methanol,
even though she never had any methanol to poison him with! Exemplifying
the Satanic principal: Aspartame must succeed, and that no matter what
it takes! Some thing, or someone else must then be made to be held
accountable for the human devastations which Aspartame has caused with
fully demonic intentions!
Methanol from Aspartame poisoning is only one of several biochemical
poisonings manufactured into that highly crafted Nazi biochemical
warfare agent. Those single carbon atom poisonings including cyanide,
carbon monoxide, formaldehyde, and formic acid, are naturally focused
at the top of the brain stem in the human brain because of its
never failing need for oxygen generated energies. All these, amongst
their many poisonous interruptions of our body biochemistry, also block
the action of the human enzyme, cytochrome oxidase P 450 in our
mitochondrial cellular energy furnaces, which manufacture ATP, a
chemical form of energy which all our cells can safely utilize.
Many "Operation paper clip" chemicals were imported from Nazi Germany
upon WWII ending, and are presently devastating our brains, and also
our health: With the full intention of destroying US Democracy. A 10%
or more lowering of the average American IQ has been generated by
them. Our military is presently having great difficulties finding
troops, intelligent enough to man its high tech weaponry! Those,
from Nazism, importations began right after WWII.
By 1951 they were selling MSG to the American Public on TV as a
"scientific blessing!" I very fondly remember Drs Lange and Screslet,
two Portland, Oregon dentists who were in 1953 holding large public
meetings at which they advised the Public, "Do not let them put
fluorides into your water supply. Fluorides will not save your teeth,
they will only destroy them!" By 1956, we were having our first
epidemic of adolescent obesity, thanks to MSG and fluorides.
At first, fluoride toothpaste used the rather poorly absorbed stannous
fluoride, but with the coming of the Bush/Rumsfeld/Reagan FDA they
have now switched to the entirely absorbed rat poison, sodium fluoro
silicate which is often presently manufactured into our toothpastes in
more than 100 times the legally allowable limit.
Prior to 1940 Public Health was trying to avoid fluoride containing
drinking water, because it destroys teeth and bones, and causes brain
lesions, leading to mental retardation. Then in in WWII, both the
Soviets and the Nazis used fluoride to brain wash their captured
POWS. Suddenly we had to have fluoride in our drinking water, with the
very gross lie: "It would save our teeth." Today any dentist who
criticizes fluoride will see the dental association revoke his license!
Happily, the Hawaii State Legislature pulled fluoride out of all
public waters here, 4 years ago.
When they in 1953, put fluorides into Portland's public water supplies,
all the chinchillas in town died the day following their introduction.
The laws regarding chemical additives prohibit the addition of greater
than 1% of the largest dose found to have no ill effect whatsoever upon
any animal species. So instead of investigating and finding out how
much chinchillas could tolerate, they merely continued to overdose
humanity with thousands of times more fluoride into humans!
By 1966 they had pulled the mentality promoting, essential nutrient,
Iodide out of our flour, and without the slightest medical pretense
whatsoever, replaced it with the brain washing agent, Bromide. Our
bleached flour also presently contains Alloxan, the most deadly free
radical generating agent known to science! One dose of Alloxan, and the
very next day those rats have become diabetic, because the Alloxan has
already destroyed their pancreatic beta cells with those free radicals
which it has generated within their bodies.
At Costco, they were recently selling "Bleached whole wheat flour!"
The only purpose for such is to poison us with Alloxan! My sis told
me they were also selling it in grocery stores in Portland, Oregon.
Then in 1983 they very successfully added the deadly Nazi brain washing
poison Aspartame to thousands of products. They presently overcome the
Publics, common sense avoidance of known poisons, by forcing MSG into
us with false nomenclatures like "natural flavoring," "vegetable
protein hydrolysate," etc., etc! When I went to: www.USPTO.Gov in 1994,
I found about 150 patents listed for new artificial sweeteners.
Some where in the body of each 50 page patent, I found the following
line: "This is being patented for the specific purpose of hiding the
bitter, foul flavor of Aspartame, and providing the sweetening. All
those patents were owned by the huge flavorings, food additive, food,
and pharmaceutical companies.
In simple languages: All those big Illuminati Satanists are ALL in on
this horrendous joke, and only afraid of one thing: That they might
possibly lose out on their share of this heinous Satanic contract upon
US Democracy, and upon humanity! No Public can now find a single one
of those patents. They robbed my van of them, and all those patents are
all presently totally hidden from Public scrutiny. I did not then
realize they were even watching my personal utilization of computers.
If any newborn stays upon their vaccination schedule, they are
receiving over 80 times the amount of mercury known to damage their
brain, starting from the very day they are born, when they are
senselessly administered Hepatitis B vaccine! (Which could never even
help them!) To make matters far worse, the aluminum also in those
vaccines is well known to multiply those mercury destructions of brain
up to 100 fold.
Tragically this totally unnecessary! Those seriously brain damaging
damaging heavy metals poisons are added as "essential preservatives."
In fact: Cresols, which give insulin an almost indefinite shelf life,
are entirely effective preservatives which should be substituted in
place of those heavy metal poisons. The grossness of this heinous
vaccine caused brain damage is compounded by the fact that those
Government mandated vaccines are now, very well and quite demonstrably,
proven to truly be ineffective!
We are having epidemic after epidemic, in which the unvaccinated are
saved from that infection, while those already vaccinated are made far
more susceptible to it. The reason for this, is that our immune
systems, when vaccinated, produce protective T suppressor
lymphocytes to keep the phony antigen in the vaccine from spreading its
effect to adjacent tissues and thus causing destructive autoimmunity:
This is typical of how serious allergic reactions arise, with even
resultant shock. So, the antigens of the real disease organisms, which
antigens are very similar to those phony vaccine antigens, are then
protected by your own immune system. Resulting in increased
damages from those real pathogens resulting from those vaccines
utilizing altered,"denatured antigens."
All vaccines, of necessity have to use disease organism components,
which are made to not actually produce the that disease, so all are
chemically, or in some manner denatured. (And in some cases those
altered disease organism are now themselves causing our present
epidemics because simple sanitation and hygiene have already wiped out
those natural epidemics! So, the vaccines themselves are presently
infecting entire population groups!
To know as to just how Aspartame is implicated in producing Tourette's:
I will now consider some of Aspartame's highly crafted and very
synergistic poisonings cleverly ncorporated into its highly poisonous
molecule.
The FDA at first refused Aspartame licensure, under FDA Director, Dr
Adrian Grosse, over 30 years ago. In addition to noting its several
clearly and horrendously unacceptable toxicity studies, The FDA told
those Aspartame perpetrators that it was also an entirely dangerous
chelation agent, which would chelate dangerous and damaging heavy
metals out of containers, and then carry those very poisonous heavy
metal chelates to be then very readily absorbed into the human body.
So in other words: "Just forget Aspartame!: It is far too damaging to
humanity to even be considered for market!"
In 1977 President Carter then had Dr Adrian Gross, his FDA director to
seek felony, criminal charges against Donald Rumsfeld for attempted
mass murder of the American Public with Aspartame. Rumsfeld remained in
our Department of Defense, only as the organized crime godfather who
had infiltrated them at the end of the Ford presidency.
In 1967 Rumsfeld had gone to a B'nai B'rith meeting in Ann Arbor,
Michigan and told his fellow Satanists:"I am going to make Gerald Ford
President of the USA." 7 years later (After Watergate) Rumsfeld made
Ford President, and himself Chief of Staff in the Ford Whitehouse. A
few weeks before the Ford Presidency terminated, Rumsfeld made himself
Secretary of Defense.
In 1977 the US Congress held full hearing, at President Carter's
request, and preferred felony mass murder criminal charges against
Rumsfeld, along with a 60 million dollar special appropriation, with
which to prosecute Rumsfeld. Donald runs a huge agency which censors
all US News, Media, and Publications, to assure they are totally used
by Israel for Zionist purposes.
Rumsfeld thereby never allowed the Public to ever hear a single word
about his felony charges and then used the organized crime techniques,
he knows so well, to get those prosecutions stalled, and then they were
then simply procedurally dismissed. The Public was never allowed to
hear a single word about all of Rumsfeld's felonious activities and
charges, while all this was going on! Rumsfeld then proceeded to
destroy President Carters chance for reelection, with his Illuminati
manipulating our Media and Economy to so do.
Aspartame presently continues to eat holes in soft drink cans! Thus
carrying massive amounts of chelated aluminum which is entirely
absorbed, from every aluminum diet soft drink can! I have visited with
both Coke and Pepsi delivery drivers. All note that it is always the
diet soft drinks which eat their way through the cans making a mess of
every thing, never the sugared pop. In the dispensing machines, the
same thing happens therein.
A professor friend of mine at North Texas University in Fort Worth,
started to measure the amount of chelated aluminum carried out aluminum
cans of Aspartame sweetened soft drinks. The fact our phone call was
monitored was demonstrable, in that she was very quickly fired, and the
biochemistry professor, who had tenure, was ordered to immediately
"scrap" that procedure, and told to never ever again attempt to in any
way, whatsoever, make any such determination's.
N-Methyl, L-Aspartyl, Phenyl alanine (Aspartame) contains methyl
alcohol (methanol)10% by weight, as the first mentioned chemical
component of this chemical formula. Methanol has obligatory human
metabolism into formaldehyde, which has obligatory human metabolism
into formic acid (formate)which has obligatory human metabolism
into carbon monoxide. So: When you ingest aspartame or when methanol is
ingested, absorbed, or inhaled, every human then experiences the entire
methanol to formaldehyde to formic acid to carbon monoxide toxic axis.
If a person has enough folate (folic acid), the formate (formic acid)
can then be eliminated by other metabolic pathways. However, since such
vast amounts of formate are generated from Aspartame, and it requires
molecule per molecule consumption of folic acid to eliminate each
molecule of formic acid, and the usual amount of dietary folic
acid intake is usually less than one milligram per day, all of their
folic acid is rapidly consumed by their ingestion of Aspartame.
Leaving most of Aspartame's formic acid poisoning to continue on to
also then become a carbon monoxide poisoning.
If this consumption of dietary folic acid were the only toxic
consideration involved with Aspartame, it alone would be sufficient
reason to cause immense human damages, for which folic acid
deficiencies are of themselves well recognized and identified as very
serious disease entities. For example in the fetus, folic acid
deficiency is well known to cause failures the skull to enclose the
brain, and other neural tube deformitites, such as spina bifida.
In adults it causes the disease pellagra. Then! To make Aspartame
damages far worse upon our infants, when marketing it to maternity
cases, the FDA concomitantly lowered the recommended dose of folic acid
for pregnant women! The FDA lowered their folic acid recommendation
from one mg to only .8 mg per day and then proceeded to subsequently
lower it again to .4 mg per day. Which is all the folic acid which most
prenatal vitamin formulations presently contain!
When I personally called the FDA about all this nutritional nonsense,
they replied: "Oh we have checked it all out, and there just isn't any
problem, as such at all"
Meanwhile all types of birth defects have soared astronomically!
Aspartame causing spontaneous abortions and including every type of
heart and spinal cord and brain stem defect. Both the Catholic Church,
and the Bush Dynasty, while claiming to be against allowing abortions,
encourage the use of Aspartame! Which causes vast numbers of
miscarriages, as well mentally retarding and grossly deforming fetuses.
Aspartame also causes infertility and gross sexual impairments.
When I went to prison I greatly enjoyed the Adventist prison ministry
program. Its director, Arline Finkbeiner listened avidly while I
related my sad story of my false imprisonment because I spoke out about
the poisonous biochemistry of Aspartame. They then very sadly related
to me the sorry, anguished story of her grandchild:
With his wife pregnant, her son came home and announced to his pregnant
wife: "No more sugar in this house! From now on we are only using the
safe, natural, Aspartame." Their Aspartamed baby was delivered with
cerebral palsy so severe, it will forever, only lay and stare
mindlessly the ceiling!(No genetic, metabolic defects, nor birth trauma
existed in this case!)
When I two years later won my own appeal, and was released, I went down
to the Walla Walla Safeway store. In its diet pop section there were
very wide stacks of generic diet pop in every flavor, sweetened with
saccharin, but only one can wide, a single stack of Aspartame pop. The
same with Craigmont, and with Coke and Pepsi. They were selling so
little Aspartame pop that summer in Walla Walla: They could not even
waste their floor space upon it! (Thank you! Leo and Arline!)
As little as 1 part per million methanol in the work place ambient
environment air causes grossly deformed babies to arise amongst
pregnant women who are exposed therein. This includes male babies
with micro penis. (Which merely resembles a clitoris!) And many brain
damaged and grossly deformed newborns.
In addition to the methanol toxic axis, Aspartame produces a much
larger percentage of aspartic acid, a dicarboxylic amino acid neural
excito toxin.(The little sister of MSG) It and many of the other
Aspartame poisonings are secreted by the choroid plexus into the
cerebral spinal fluid into the brain ventricles at their very beginning
and there from bypass the blood brain barrier to then diffuse into
those brain tissues in close assocation with the cerebospino fluid.
Folic acid deficiency, which is famous for causing fetal brain stem
defects is doubtless highly aggravated by these other Aspartame
poisons, which are thus concentrated in those cerebral tissues adjacent
to and served via the cerebrospino fluid, doing immense chemical toxic
damages to those tissues! (Which include the bulbar nuclei, and
hypothalamus.) The phenyl alanine isolate's poisonings are also then
concentrated in those same tissues, since those several PKU (Excess
metabolism of phenyl alanine) poisonings occur wherever the metabolism
of those cells is stimulated by Aspartame's excito toxins, to form
destructive neural toxins from their phenyl alanine overload.
Those aluminum poisonings are well known to cause various brain
degenerations, and Tourette's is one such disease. (Right along with
all the other heavy metals which Aspartame carries into your body. The
Methyl Aspartyl radical itself, which remains after the phenylalanine
is split off of Aspartame during digestion, is an extreme neural
degeneration agent already well known for causing various well known
neural degenerative diseases and brain damages.
I hope this gives somewhat of an adequate idea of what the Bush
Dynasty had in mind for you Americans, and for your Democracy! When
they with the aid of Jewish Mafia god father, Donald Rumsfeld sicked
the deadly Nazi brain washing agent, Aspartame upon your powers of
will, minds, and bodies, and as well upon then very genes of future
generations.
Yes! Formaldehyde, and the diketo piperazine isomer of Aspartame are
genetic damaging and denaturing agents, which denature your genes and
formic acid is a gene and chromosome shattering agent! Since the
unleashing of the demonic Aspartame upon humanity,medicine has now come
to recognize two new classes of disease entities caused by these
genetic destructions. MtDNA, (Mitochondrial DNA) diseases, and anti
mitochondrial antibody diseases.

The Soda-pop Smack-down, part 1
Soft drinks have been getting some hard treatment in the marketplace lately.
First, the UK bans 26 varieties of them for their benzene content (Daily Dose, 4/21/06). Then the always-fearful-of-slipping-into-irrelevancy Bill Clinton spearheads an effort to pressure soft-drink makers into eliminating the sale of full-sugar versions of soda pop in high schools - substituting instead the aspartame-loaded diet varieties (as though that's a nutritional improvement)...
Don't get me wrong - I'm not offering up any sympathy for the soda-pop industry, more like taking note of highlights in a trend that's quite frankly long overdue: The scrutiny of the downsides of these "harmless" beverages.
Whether it's their insane sugar content (as much as 10 teaspoons per can or bottle), the benzene and other pollutants that have been found in them, or the aspartame that studies show can breed serious health consequences, there's nothing better you can do for your health than to take a hard-line stance against soft drinks...
And huzzah! Whole countries are now casting a critical eye on these killer carbonates.
The latest blow to the soft drink industry comes from one of the world's most populous nations - and boy is it a whopper. According to recent reports from Breitbart and other sources, the government has banned the sale of soft drinks in educational institutions in the northern Indian state of Rajasthan. A similar ban has been enacted by the legislature in neighboring Punjab as well. Beyond this, Indian federal authorities have called for a nationwide ban on soda-pop...
Why? Because an independent testing organization found "unacceptable" (I wonder what's considered acceptable?) levels of pesticides in 11 soft drink varieties exported to India by two U.S. companies, Pepsico and Coca-Cola. Judges from India's Supreme Court gave the two companies one month to reveal ALL of the ingredients in these soft drinks - including additives, residues and toxins not listed on ingredient labels.

Of course, anyone who's been a reader of mine for any length of time at all will know that in my opinion, there are far worse things you can be ingesting than a little pesticide - especially if it's DDT. I've written at great length about studies showing that maligned (yet lifesaving) chemical to be actually medicinal when ingested...
But that's beside the point. Pesticides really shouldn't be in soft drinks, and the Indian government is right to slap a ban on these beverages because of it.
What's also interesting to note is that in India, a lawsuit is pending before the court that seeks to limit soft drink sales based not on what's in them that's not disclosed, but for the harmfulness of some of the drinks' regular ingredients - among them ASPARTAME.
As you know, in the past (Daily Dose, 9/17/04 and 4/18/06) I've cited studies linking aspartame to brain tumors and cancers like leukemia and lymphoma in laboratory animals. But I've also cited research linking it to obesity, the very thing it's marketed as a drinkable panacea against!

POLYHEME
In 27 cities across the United States, seriously injured accident victims could end up in a medical experiment, without their knowledge or consent.
The experiment involves an artificial blood called Polyheme.
The federal government has given the company that makes it approval to use badly bleeding accident victims as test subjects, without the subjects informed consent.
The only way out is to wear a blue bracelet provided by the company.
The company says it's the only way to test such a product.
But others, including Pastor Paul Burleson of a Denver church alliance, say it turns Americans into human guinea pigs.
"If I'm in accident and I just don't happen to have this particular wristband, that I'd be a guinea pig is unconscionable," he said.

July 7, 2006 ? Northfield Lab's experimental blood substitute Polyheme is currently in randomized phase III clinical trials recruiting patients without informed consent all over the country. At one point, it was being tested in as many as 27 cities; it is still being tested in 23 hospitals in 20 cities.
With the FDA's approval, Northfield Lab has recruited hospitals to participate in the trial study with exemption from informed consent requirements on study participants. Although Northfield Lab claims that extensive information on the study has been made public, a vast majority of the general public has never heard of the trial.
Below is a list of the cities and hospitals that are currently participating in the Polyheme trials. Check the list to see if you live an area where you could become a trial participant without your informed consent.
To opt out of the study, contact Northfield Labs (http://www.northfieldlabs.com/contact.html) or a participating hospital and request a blue bracelet. If worn, you will be exempt from the trial.
