I tried to modify my loan twice. I tried the short sales method and both were turned down. Hired an Attorney firm from CA and after a year and a half with $3500 into the drain I received a sad story from one of the Attorneys that I must file chapter 13. I was very disappointed with the so call professional attorneys. Reluctance to do anything I sat on my unpaid mortgage for another year. Creditors kept calling me and I was desperate for some help. I turned to FCUSA in search for some education. I contacted Joanne and she referred me to Diana of Platinum Research. When Platinum Research contacted me I was two weeks into my FORECLOSURE. Notice of Trustee Sales have been coming into my mail box. I explained to Diana my situation and asked if she could help me. Her reply was "YES WE COULD". I was ecstatic to hear her voice to the affirmative. Instructions were given for me to provide her all my documents and send payment.
One week into my Foreclosure and I could not sleep well at night. Diana sent me documents I had to send out to certain people. One day into the Foreclosure I still did not get any satisfactory answers to the letters I sent out. I reported to Platinum Research what was going on and they faxed me another document so I can take it to the CountyRecorder and record it. I went to the Recorder's office late on that day before the Sale on my property. I came home feeling down because I only had 24 hours before the sale. Early the next morning I was at the front door of the Recorder's office waiting. The time for the Sale was 10:30 AM and I recorded my Document at 8:15 AM. After I recorded my document I made copies and went and handed out to the Auctioneer and all Bidders who were in attendance. I warned them that this document will stop the sale of my house. The auctioneer did not believe me. I told him to file this document with my Notice of Trustee of Sales. My property was the first home to be auctioned out. I am excited to report to you that none of the bidders was interested in my property. I came home with joy and happiness in my heart for the Lord had helped me. Platinum Research did the leg work for me. Three weeks after the foreclosure of my house an Eviction notice was posted on my front door. I reported to Platinum Research and another process was drafted and I sent to the attorney and the Bank of America that posted the Notice on my door. Glad to report that my family and I are still living in our home. It's been three months since I had my desperate experience. I have a good word of advice for anyone who is in the similar situation like I did. If you are experiencing a similar situation, don't even think twice. Take advantage of the opportunity and let the professional people handle your situation and enjoy the pleasure of the comfort of your OWN home. Many victims lose their home because they are afraid to step up and fight for their right. I have done it and so can you with the help of Platinum Research.
