Early Bronze Update
Thanks to all our Early Bronze members who are rapidly taking advantage of the lifetime 50% bonus. Most have gotten their payments in within the 7 day payment window (14 days for International) and we thank you for that during this busy time. Some have not yet gotten their payments to us in the prescribed time. This could present an issue for some as we approach and launch full Bronze and close Early Bronze. Without timely payment, they might miss their 50% bonus and roll into the Bronze payment schedule.

'EARLY' Bronze Program

We've heard from a wide variety and a growing number of very emphatic parties desiring to join FCUSA now for a number of reasons: QE, Coaching, Member site access to prepare for upcoming funding, Member calls, Early AR submission, etc.
In answer to this need and by popular demand as our new Full Bronze Program completes, we are offering the 'Early Bronze Program'. Will this in any way slow the completion of the funding release... NO. In fact is helps us transition earlier into our new mode of operations for all our Gold, Silver and Bronze members.
We first accepted Gold and Silver member Ambassador Applications to allow time for them to be listed on the updated ordering page. Now, we have opened the Early Bronze member signup. Once membership is paid, new Bronze members can then signup as Ambassadors (membership required).
Should you choose to join as an Early Bronze Member in this early release, there are a few differences noted below:
COSTS
FULL BRONZE - All fees are deducted from the backend.
EARLY BRONZE - Membership ($300), Strawman ($300) and ARs ($2700) are paid upfront.
PAYOUTS
FULL BRONZE - $100,000 or $250,000.
EARLY BRONZE - $150,000 or $375,000 for life on all ARs. (50% larger)
BENEFITS OF EARLY BRONZE
1) Full access to the member site including call access (live and taped).
2) Access to QE and Coaching programs by signing up (deducted from the backend).
3) Earlier payouts. Your AR cycle of processing begins sooner thus pays sooner upon Full Bronze release.
4) 50% larger payouts on all ARs if one submitted before Full Bronze announcement.
5) 1 AR before announcement will lock in your 50% bonus for all future ARs.
6) Non-AR members at announcement will remain at $100,000 or $250,000 per AR.
CONDITIONS
1) Payment must follow order in 7 days (14 days International).
2) Your membership and AR payments will be reimbursed on your first AR payout.
3) To receive the 50% larger payouts for life, your $300 membership and 1 or more ARs must be submitted ($2700 plus $300 strawman) before announcement.
4) Should a membership only be submitted ($300) by announcement, ARs will default to the normal Bronze rates.

Family Memberships

GOLD & SILVER MEMBERS
We are expanding all family memberships into individual memberships for each adult family member under your roof (children up thru college age). Each will receive their own member number and login.
For member only families (no AR submitted before Red Lite), the question arose as to how to handle the limit of 3 or 5 AR limit at Gold or Silver pricing. In other words, how would one split 3 or 5 among 2 adults processes with the remaining ARs processed as Bronze?
We have decided to award each individual member of the family the first 3 or 5 (whichever they qualified for) at their Gold or Silver rates, then each would process remaining ARs at Bronze rates. Thus a husband and wife (plus each qualified child at home) with no ARs submitted before Red Lite will now EACH qualify for 3 or 5 at the maximun allowed for their Gold or Silver payout then revert to Bronze payout.

Mail Forwarding

1) We have found a debit card provider who will send debit cards directly to the US and Canada plus 200 countries.
2) Secondly, the LLCs we will provide have no need for a US address.
This may eliminate your need for such a US mail forwarding service. However, should such a need arise, here are two entities to investigate for forwarding mail from the US.
Bonus Buddies will automatically be provided a Bronze membership and be eligible for all club benefits including the new Debit Card. If the Bonus Buddy acquired a Silver membership AFTER receiving their BB award, they will have all the benefits of the Silver membership.
Why does FCUSA require a special strawman UCC filing (GL-UCC)?
When a state or province accepts your filings as an individual or business, you are not part of their system (an outsider), thus they keep the original and give you a copy. You donated a value to them. When the banks file their's online, they ARE part of the system and maintain the original and control.
If members have filed a UCC1 on their strawman in the last 5 years, they must submit an order to us such that upon your first AR processing we can do a UCC5 to remove your filing and then properly submit the GL-UCC filing. Since we are part of the system, we can do this on your behalf and control your strawman for you.
IN SUMMARY:
1) All members must submit an FCUSA order for their Strawman UCC.
2) Any members who have also done their own filing on their strawman in the last 5 years will also need to submit an order to FCUSA for the UCC5 removal.
... MUST STOP... unless you are instructed to do so.

Funding Update
IMPORTANT POLICY CHANGE

FCUSA will be funding ALL member's interim and AR funds to their LLC MASTER account. The LLC and Master account will be provided by FCUSA. Once funded, each member can wire portions of these funds to local or remote banks of their choosing for this LLC or other entities as they wish. This is applicable for US and Canadian members.
In addition, US Gold and Silver members will be provided a portion of the interim funds on a pre-loaded debit card. A Canadian counter-part is being investigated. However, Canadians can wire to a bank of their choice and request a debit card with the account opening.

We have discovered there are several members and non-members who are accepting payments from prospects for memberships and AR processes and keeping the funds for themselves. This is prohibited by the club and most unethical. We will terminate these individuals from the club and block them from any current or future processes or benefits from FCUSA.
