AMBASSADOR UPDATE 

 

Since departing from the previous Consultant - Referrer Program, we have launched a new Ambassador Program. Below is an explanation of how we are transitioning. 

 

GOLD AND SILVER MEMBERS

To further clarify misunderstandings of statements made on calls or elsewhere, this section will address the relationship of former consultants, referrers and members:

All previous Referrers gave their prospects to their consultants and in turn received upfront commissions and became elligible for Referrer backend commissions for all current and future ARs from these members.  This relationship still holds true.  As we have progressed into the Ambassador program, the former Referrer who opted into the Ambassador program will still maintain the former relationship and with their consultant and members brought into the previous program.

This means these members will continue to utilize their former consultant as their primary sponsor.  The former referrer will continue to receive referrer commissions as before.

1.  Consultants doing direct business with prospects receive consultant commissions up-front and on the backend per their consultant agreement.
2. Referrers send their prospects to their Consultants and receive Referrer up-front and backend commissions now and in the future per their referrer agreement.
3. Gold - Silver closed: The Gold and Silver programs are closed and no further Gold or Silver members are allowed.  All new members fall under the Early Bronze or Bronze programs.
4. Additional processes: As Gold and Silver members submit additional processes, associated Consultants and Referrers will continue to be paid as before until funding commences.  Following funding, no further up-front commissions are paid as no up-front fees are assessed.  Backend commissions will continue as before.

EARLY BRONZE - BRONZE MEMBERS - AMBASSADORS

 
Any new members who join after 8/8/11 will come into either the Early Bronze or Bronze program and commissions will be paid through the Ambassador program.

1. All new members enrolling with FCUSA after 8/8/11 will come through the Ambassador program and Ambassador commissions will apply.
2.  Former consultants and Referrers can join the Ambassador program to enroll new members and get paid commissions under the Ambassador program while maintaining their prior Gold and Silver business as stated above.
3. To become an Ambassador, one must first be a member (Gold, Silver, Early Bronze or Bronze).
4. Early Bronze Ambassadors will receive up-front and backend commissions.
5. All Ambassadors will receive only backend commissions on new business following funding.

 

AMBASSADOR SIGN-UP

 

1. Every Ambassador has a sponsor.
2. Select your sponsor from the drop down menu during Ambassador sign-up.
3. If you were a Gold or Silver Referrer, select your Consultant.
4. If you were a Gold or Silver Member, select your Consultant.
5. If you are an Early Bronze member, select the Ambassador who referred you.
6. In all cases, the person you signed up with will be linked to their sponsor automatically.

NEW MEMBER SIGN-UP

 

1. Any new members who join after 8/8/11 will come into either the Early Bronze or Bronze program.
2. As new members order, they will select the Ambassador from the drop-down menu who directly referred them.  Their sponsor will automatically be linked.
